FSSAI Licence Modification: Change Address, Partners, or Products

Your FSSAI certificate must match reality. If you move kitchens, add partners, expand food categories, or change capacity, file a modification on FoSCoS, do not keep using outdated details.

Common modification triggers.
- Change of premises / kitchen address
- Addition or removal of partners / directors
- New food product categories or activities
- Capacity or business name updates (as applicable)

Process overview. Log in to FoSCoS, choose modification for your licence/registration, upload supporting proofs, pay any differential fee if asked, and track approval. Name and address on ID, rent papers, and FoSCoS must stay consistent.

Modification vs renewal. Renewal extends validity. Modification updates particulars. Sometimes both are needed close together, plan with your consultant.
