Operating Without an FSSAI Licence: Risks and Penalties

Operating a food business without valid FSSAI registration or a licence is a compliance red flag. Authorities can issue notices; platforms can suspend listing; landlords and payment partners may refuse onboarding.

- Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, and similar platforms reject or pause onboarding
